Independent Bid Proposal Review – Intake Request

Before you submit a response to a government opportunity, an independent second set of eyes can help identify things your team may have overlooked.

This intake helps T & C Trust determine whether your specific RFP, RFQ, solicitation, or contract opportunity is appropriate for the $297 Independent Contract Review. If it is, we will request the relevant solicitation and response materials needed for the review.

The service is document-based. No introductory or advisory meeting is required. The review identifies alignment issues, omissions, assumptions, blind spots, and potential performance or contract risks. It does not rewrite your proposal, guarantee an award, or tell your company that it must or must not bid.

Please provide accurate, concise information. If something important is missing, we will request it in writing before the review begins.

  • Does not include proposal rewriting, an award guarantee, or legal, accounting, or cybersecurity advice
  • Unusually large or complex document packages may require a separately agreed scope and fee before work begins

Each intake is reviewed individually to confirm that the opportunity and document package fit the standard Independent Contract Review.

If your request is appropriate, you will receive a qualification questionnaire and document-submission instructions by email. After the questionnaire and sufficient documents have been reviewed for scope and fit, we will issue a $297 invoice. No review begins until payment and all required materials are received. The written review is normally delivered within two business days after both are received; any additional time needed will be communicated promptly.
